Our workmanship warranty covers the quality of our installation. If any issue arises from how we installed your roof, we come back and make it right at no cost to you.
Any defect, leak, or failure caused by our installation workmanship is covered for 10 years from the date of project completion. If we installed it, we stand behind it.
We do not disappear after the job is done. If you notice something that does not look right, call us. We will schedule an inspection and address any workmanship issue promptly and professionally.
In addition to our 10-year workmanship warranty, every Vantek reroof includes the full manufacturer warranty on all materials. We install Owens Corning and GAF products. These warranties cover defects in the roofing materials themselves.

Ice and water shield carries a manufacturer performance warranty when installed per specifications. Vantek installs all ice and water shield per manufacturer requirements to ensure full warranty protection.
Important: Protecting Your Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer warranties require proper installation per their specifications. This is why we always install every component, including ventilation, underlayment, and ice and water shield, according to manufacturer requirements. Cutting corners on any component can void the material warranty on the entire system. We never cut corners.
Both warranties remain valid as long as your roof is properly maintained and no unauthorized work is performed on it. Here is what you need to know.
At project completion, we provide you with all warranty documentation including your workmanship warranty certificate and manufacturer warranty registration. Keep these in a safe place.
We recommend a visual inspection of your roof each fall before the rainy season. Look for missing shingles, damaged flashing, or debris buildup in valleys and gutters.
If any other work is performed on or near your roof, always use licensed contractors. Work by unlicensed contractors can void both your workmanship and manufacturer warranties.
If you notice anything unusual, call us promptly. Small issues caught early are covered by warranty and easily resolved. Damage that worsens due to neglect may not be covered.
